Be weird – Be odd – Be happy
Living Fully Neurodivergent was created by an #ActuallyAutistic adult to help all neurospicy folk enhance their joy, personal fulfillment, and overall well being

Values
I believe help and resources should be available to autistic and other neurodivergent folk that works for you on your time, within your budget, and that fits your desired level of interpersonal interaction.
Joy
Autistic joy is an intense feeling of happiness and fulfillment that is rooted in how we experience and perceive our world. We deserve to feel and express our autistic joy.
Personal Fulfillment
Fulfillment is personal and is not based on what we can produce for others. We experience fulfillment when we live life consistent with our values.
Well Being
We experience well being when we live authentically. We honor our passions and our strengths and we self-advocate for our needs so that we can thrive.
Authenticity & Genuineness
We practice unmasking when it’s safe. We get to know our true selves and embrace our communication styles, our expressions of joy, and the coping skills that work best for us.
Beauty
We see beauty in the every day. We surround ourselves with things and experiences and people we love. We choose simplicity over complexity to make room for what is important.
Compassion
We show the same compassion for ourselves and our inner experience that we offer to others and the outside world. Perfection is not the goal. The goal is joy, fulfillment, well being, xx, and authenticity.
Services
We’re starting from a place of simplicity. While we build out our array of services, our initial focus is on information, support, and community via our website and our YouTube channel.
