About

Welcome to Living Fully Neurodivergent! I am so glad you’re here.

My name is Veronica. I’m late-identified Autistic as well as late-identified aro-ace and nonbinary. My goal is to help you live a life of joy, personal fulfillment, and well-being.

When I began my journey of Autistic discovery a few years ago, I noticed there was a significant lack of support and information for Autistic adults, especially for Autistic women and those assigned female at birth. So, I did what many of us do and I started gathering as much information as I could.

Autism soon became a special interest (SPIN) for me, and I collected quite a library of information. I also started looking for a therapist because, as you can imagine, I was going through some stuff. However, I couldn’t find anyone to work with who also (at least publicly) was Autistic (or otherwise neurodivergent) and who was LGBTQ+. It was out of this frustration with not being able to find a therapist that I felt was safe that I realized something.

I am one of those therapists, except I don’t practice therapy anymore. But here I am, a mental health professional with lived experience and who now has a library of information I’ve collected, categorized, and cataloged. My niche has always been pragmatic, cut-to-the-chase, and solution-focused. While I no longer do therapy, I know there are other ways I could be of help.

And so I started Living Fully Neurodivergent. At the moment I offer information and insights based on the data I’ve collected – and continue to collect. In the future, I hope to offer a range of services at varying price points and that involve different levels of interaction. But for now, I’ll be writing what I know, posting a video here and there, and building a place for neurodivergent folks to find support and connection.

I’ll announce real-time updates as I add to my service offerings over at my Substack. Sign up to stay informed about my services, for behind the scenes updates, and the occasional pics of my pets – Henry, Abby, Miles, and Kiki!
